Return Policy: There is a 10 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:
- We DO NOT accept returns of personal use products unless they are defective. This is for obvious health and sanitation issues.
- All non-defective returns must be factory-sealed to receive a refund. Only defective items may be returned if already opened.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
- Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
- We generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, however, to protect ourselves against abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.
Return Procedure:The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
- Contact customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- A representative will contact you within 24 hours with a RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s) along with a note explaning why the product was returned.
- Your return will be processed within 30 days and your credit card will be creditted.
